The payment processor for instant deposits is changing

The service provider for instant deposits will change from Zimpler to Trustly.

              
In order to improve our service, we are changing our current payment processor Zimpler to Trustly, whose customers include for example Facebook, eBay and PayPal. As the first part of the payment processor switching process Zimpler has now been turned off. We expect Trustly to be in use during November. In practice, this means that instant euro deposits are temporarily unavailable until Trustly is launched. Standard SEPA bank transfers are available as usual. SEPA bank transfers usually arrive on the same business day.
